CMACE Central Office houses the regional office activity for London and the South East. There are a further three regional offices and two subcontracted offices in England, and affiliated offices in Northern Ireland, Scotland and The Republic of Ireland.
The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man also participate in the enquiry programme.

Notifiying CMACE of a perinatal death
The standard CEMACH form should continue to be completed as normal. For information regarding additional reporting requirements of child deaths in your area, please contact your LSCB.
